The anti-bacterial property is effective for two years, comparing to traditional anti-bacterial screen protector (silver ions) which has a very short sterilisation time of less than 6 months.

The nano-coating is the process of applying a surface layer that inhibits the growth of microorganisms. How it works is it creates a negative force and disrupts the charge balance of the bacteria cell wall which breaks it down and causes the cell to die. The antibacterial nanotechnology is cured on the glass itself, with an effective period of 2 years.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and initial shipping costs for the order, and these costs are non-refundable.

All orders will be shipped from Melbourne, via AusPost. Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed at our warehouse before it’s shipped to you (although generally, orders will ship out sooner than this). No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

We are a 100% Australia company located in Melbourne. All of our orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post.

For whatever the reason, you can easily exchange or return your purchased item and get a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


Requirements for Returns:

Must include a valid original purchase order number from fortifyphone.com. Purchases made outside of Fortify.com must contact respective seller for returns. Returned products must be in new & unused condition with their original packaging.

Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless it's Fortify’s mistake of sending wrong or faulty items.

Once we received your returned item in required condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund is processed.
